Revision Policy

Customer Satisfaction is always the top priority of our company. Thus to ensure 100% satisfaction of our clients, we offer unlimited revisions to fulfill the needs of our customers. If at any stage, you are not satisfied with the services provided, you can always ask for as many revisions as you want without paying any additional costs. In order to send your revision request, all you need to do is email us specifying the issues or you can visit your designated “User Area” and go for the “Complaints and Dispute” Section to register your request. We will make sure that your services are revised as per your revision comments.

According to our revision policy, following are the time frames of each revision:

  • 1st Revision minimum time of 24 hours
  • 2nd Revision minimum time of 48 hours
  • 3rd and Further Revisions minimum of 72 hours

The timeframe of your requested revision depends entirely on your revision comments. If the changes are minor in nature, we’ll make sure that they are done in no time but if they are complex, the minimum time stated above will be taken. But, we prefer no revisions thus we request our customers to provide clear and concise guidelines so that we are able to provide and deliver services without any intervals.

Moreover, to make sure the authenticity of your revision request, our team first tallies your initial guidelines with the revision request and if finds both same, only then you’d be eligible for free of cost revision but if there is a big difference, you would have to pay for adjustment to have those revisions incorporated in your project.

Urgent Revisions: If you wish to request a revision on an urgent basis, then you’ll have to pay adjustment fee since the concerned writer might not be available to perform the revision.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy Cases:

100% Refund

  • In case there is a payment error i.e. double payments, identical order etc.
  • In case we aren’t able to assign a virtual assistant to complete the customer’s task as per his requirement
  • In case the Assistant designated is inadequate or un-professional.

Change in Virtual Assistant

You can replace the hired assistant with any other from our website in case of dissatisfaction and disappointment. We will use your remaining amount as a credit for the other assistant.

In Case of Order Cancellation

Customer’s satisfaction is the top priority of our company thus if at any stage our client wishes to cancel the order, we provide refunds under the following cases:

  1. If a Virtual Assistant has been assigned:The customer will be eligible to get a 50% refund if he cancels his order after the Virtual Assistant has been assigned.
  2. If a Virtual Assistant has not been assigned:The customer will be eligible to get a 90% refund if he cancels his order if the Virtual Assistant has not been assigned.
  3. If details are missing:The customer will be eligible to get a 95% refund if he cancels his order when its details are missing.
  4. If Customer wishes to cancel halfway through the service:The customer will be eligible to get a refund for the number of hours not worked by the Virtual Assistant after the order was cancelled initially set during signup.

Delivery Policy

Since we have a large team of professionals, thus we can proudly say that we deliver services to our esteemed clients either on or before the set deadlines. However, in some unusual cases, we might face delay due to technical glitches. But we take the delivery time very seriously and feel proud in mentioning that 99.8% of our orders are delivered before the deadlines, and we have been able to do that regularly for the past several years.
